Just this morning, I made my specialty for breakfast. Banana-cinnamon-walnut-blueberry-buttermilk pancakes smeared with real butter and swimming in real Michigan maple syrup graced our morning like heaven-sent manna of deliciousness.

If I were going to open a shop, it would be a breakfast cafe, known throughout the Midwest for the best pancakes anyone has ever enjoyed. No pre-mixed cardboard nonsense or slabs of frozen pucks from a box. Every bite from first to last would send guests into delirium of delight.

The “Ya’ll Sit Cafe” would be a breakfast favorite.
