Sometimes seeing differently is simply a matter of doing things differently.
If you have a routine that you follow every day, change it.
You can make your brain get involved by making choices rather than automatically doing the same things.
When you do the same things the same way day after day, you can do them without thinking.
You don’t believe it? When was the last time you thought about stepping on the brake before you did?
Choose differently, and you’ll begin to see differently.
I have found changing routines very helpful! Literally, I’m moving this week (8 inches of snow to fall tonight). Cancer, snow, situations,…so many things have “shaken” my routine. My brains adjusts, although hard at times, and I persevere! Thank you, Dale! Have a safe and blessed day!

Routines have been a safe place, to hide actually.
